Yes. Contact us at least 2 business days before your next scheduled delivery and we'll skip, pause, or reschedule it for you.
Your first delivery is charged securely through Square at signup. After that, you're either billed automatically each cycle or emailed a secure Square payment link a few days before your next delivery, depending on your plan — either way, there's no separate sign-up fee.
Yes — there's no long-term contract. Use the cancellation link in your confirmation or renewal email, or contact us and we'll take care of it.
We'll leave your arrangement in a safe, sheltered spot and email you a photo once it's delivered. Add any special instructions — like a gate code or "leave with the front desk" — when you sign up.
Absolutely — our Office Flowers plan is designed for lobbies, front desks, and rental properties that want fresh flowers on a predictable schedule. Need something larger or more custom? Get in touch.
